Before joining our team, Jo spent six years in the social housing sector as a property maintenance supervisor, then conflict resolution supervisor. With her depth of experience working with tenants, clients, and trades, she’s known for her problem-solving skills and calm, practical approach.

Jo enjoys helping owners and tenants care for their properties and takes pride in achieving positive outcomes for everyone involved. Outside of work, she loves fishing, candle and soap making, and supporting those in need.
