Hi, I'm Fraser Wilkinson

I founded Manage My Rental in 2010 after experiencing firsthand the frustration of poor property management as a young investor. Missed inspections, unresolved maintenance and unclear communication left me feeling in the dark about my own investments. I saw an opportunity to do better – to give owners genuine peace of mind through proactive communication, practical asset protection and a common-sense approach to maintenance that ensures money is spent wisely.

From the beginning, my focus has been on transparency, respectful tenant relationships and taking swift, firm action when a property or owner’s interests are at risk. More than a decade on, Manage My Rental now oversees an extensive portfolio across Wellington, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt and Porirua, while staying true to those same simple values.
